Mission trips with purpose
Bringing ministry teams to Japan to share the gospel, serve people, and build relationships that continue beyond a trip.
FAITH. PEOPLE. PURPOSE.
A heart for Japan.
A vision for more.
Hi, I’m Baika. I bring people together to share the gospel in Japan and build long-term projects that make a meaningful impact.
日本への想い、世界へ。Rooted in faith. Connected across cultures.
01 / MY STORY
One calling.
Many ways to live it.
My faith is the foundation of how I live, serve, and build.
I’m Baika Iwasa, a Japanese Christian with a heart for connecting people across cultures. My vision is to work alongside others to bring the gospel into everyday life—from local communities to each mountain of influence.
That vision takes shape through ministry starting in Japan, relationships with churches and ministry partners, and long-term projects that bring purpose and practical action together.
Glad you’re here,
Baika
